Corvx built a fully AI-driven talent marketplace from the ground up—a platform where businesses find and hire on-demand engineering teams through conversational bots, NLP-powered job matching, and automated milestone management. About The Client
The client is a venture-backed startup that set out to reinvent how companies hire technical talent. Traditional freelance platforms rely on manual browsing, keyword search, and lengthy proposal cycles. The founder wanted something radically different: a platform where AI handles the matching, onboarding, and even dispute resolution—so both clients and freelancers can focus on the actual work.

Conversational Onboarding Bots
AI-powered chatbots guide both freelancers and companies through onboarding. For freelancers: skills, experience, portfolio, and availability. For companies: project scope, budget, timeline, and must-have requirements. All captured conversationally and stored as structured data.
Automated Engagement Management
An end-to-end workflow engine handles milestone creation, escrow funding, deliverable review, payment release, and dispute resolution—with human escalation only when the AI's confidence drops below threshold.
