Corvx built a comprehensive digital learning platform for one of South Korea's leading education and content companies, transforming an outdated content webzine into a modern, high-performance learning hub with live streaming, interactive classrooms, curated reading lists, and a fully redesigned admin system. The platform serves hundreds of thousands of learners and achieved 90%+ satisfaction in post-launch surveys.
The client is a major online education and cultural content platform with over 20 years of market presence. Their flagship content channel, a curated webzine featuring book reviews, author interviews, and reading lists, was built on a legacy system that hadn't been meaningfully updated in a decade. The outdated UX was driving users away, and the backend couldn't support the interactive features needed to compete with modern learning platforms.
The interface hadn't been redesigned in over a decade. Content discovery was tedious, navigation was confusing, and the mobile experience was essentially unusable. Engagement metrics had been declining for 8 consecutive quarters.
The platform was built on technology that predated modern web frameworks. Performance was sluggish, new feature development took months, and the system had limited compatibility with modern APIs and services.
The client's security policies restricted direct access to production data and documentation. Migrating two decades of content and user data to a new system required on-site collaboration under tight access controls.
We redesigned the entire platform with a modern, content-first interface, organized into categories, topics, and curated collections. The homepage was rebuilt to surface personalized content recommendations based on reading history and preferences.
A ground-up rebuild of the administrative system with structured content management, automated workflow tools, and a dashboard that gives editors real-time visibility into content performance.
Our team worked on-site alongside the client's IT team to migrate 20 years of content, user data, and metadata under strict security protocols. Every record was validated, and data integrity was verified at each step.
The revamped platform launched on schedule and immediately reversed the engagement decline. The client reported their highest user satisfaction scores in company history and is now positioned to expand into new content verticals.
User interviews, competitor analysis, and wireframing. Designed the new information architecture and UI system with the client's editorial team.
Parallel development of the public-facing platform and admin panel. Built migration scripts and ran test migrations in staging environments.
Our engineers worked on-site with the client's IT team to execute the production data migration under strict security protocols.
Phased launch with A/B testing, user feedback collection, and rapid iteration based on real usage data.
A complete visual and structural overhaul that reversed 8 quarters of declining engagement.
AI-powered recommendations and discovery that tripled content engagement.
20 years of data migrated with zero data loss under strict security protocols.
Our design team worked with the client's editorial staff for eight weeks, learning their workflows and users before shaping the platform. The result gave editors clearer controls and learners a more usable content path.
